We regularly analyze the information related to our software – JoomLMS. This information is taken from various sources: JoomLMS forum discussions, business communication with our customers etc. The information from our technical support service helpdesk is also very important for us. This post was inspired by one of the helpdesk requests. Some of the customers think that there is very little possibility to improve and vary JoomLMS course materials layout visually. We decided to look into this issue deeper.

Recently the term e-Learning has often been encountered in the form of Social e-Learning. Social e-Learning is learning enhanced by exchanging information via social networks. This term can be elaborated by three words – learn via communication. A certificate is an official proof of the qualification of an employee. Receiving a certificate increases the competitiveness and thus provides one of the stimuli for further education. But this is in theory. And in practice a certificate is only worth something when it is backed up by real knowledge.
